Turkey Salad

Living on counted calories is quite difficult especially if you are not used to it. This is a lifestyle that we are changing!

Cereals for breakfast, a little carbo for lunch, and something light for dinner, so what's for the snacks? I opted for healthy choice which is the turkey salad. We had some left-over  grilled turkey so that's what I used for this salad.

This is a very quick and easy recipe that it doesn't need any magic to make it right. For the amount, you can estimate how much you need. This one is good for one. ME.

INGREDIENTS:

Left-over Turkey. Filleted and shredded to small pieces.
A Cup of Vegetable salad shreds (Carrots, lettuce, romaine lettuce)
Thousand Island Salad Dressing (You can use whatever it is you prefer, I chose this for the lesser sodium content)
A dash of Parmesan Cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Mix everything in a bowl and voila! Dig in.
