Beef Liver and Onions

Beef Liver and Onions
Easy recipe, great for preparing something that won't take too much of your time. It only takes, 10-15 minutes to cook.




INGREDIENTS:

2-3 lbs frozen beef liver
Olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Onion rings
1 tbsp butter

DIRECTIONS:

Rub livers with salt and pepper.

In a skillet, pour olive oil and fry liver until brown. Don't overcooked so they don't get hard and rubbery. Set aside.

In a separate skillet, melt butter and fry the onion rings, place on top of the livers. Serve as it is, or together with your favorite side dish.
