Stir Fried Angel Hair Pasta Noodles

Stir Fried Angel Hair Pasta Noodles

One of those days where I just have to get 'crazy' over a recipe or something. I was looking for a vermicelli noodle but we don't have any, so I decided to use the angel hair pasta and tried to make it work. I am glad that I did just that because the flavor was just amazing.

Since this is a stir-fry, you have to prepare everything so you can cook faster to retain all the flavors.

Prepare all the ingredients:

2 Pcs red onion, diced
1 knob ginger, sliced into strips
1 Cup Bok Choy, strips
1 Cup Pak choy, strips
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
4 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
10 pcs shrimp, shelled and deveined
8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked according to directions
Oyster sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

Pasta noodles should be cooked separately according to the box suggestion.

1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic, cook until brown. Add onions, cook until translucent. Add ginger.

2. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes, add the vegetables and cook for 3 minutes more, add the shrimp and cook until they are beautifully pink, but do not overcook. Season with oyster sauce, salt and pepper accordingly. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes more.

3. Remove from skillet and pour over the pasta, mix thoroughly and serve hot.
