Low Carb Skillet Chicken and Broccoli

Skillet Chicken and Broccoli

I found this recipe from Campbell's Kitchen, and decided to make it a go. This is really good.


     

For the INGREDIENTS:

1 Tbsp butter
1 1/4 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast, halves
1 Can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's condensed broccoli cheese soup (regular or fat free)
1/3 Cup water
1/8 Tsp ground black pepper
2 Cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets


DIRECTIONS:


1. Heat butter in a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat.


2. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides.




3. Stir the soup, water, black pepper and broccoli in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 mins. or until the chicken is cooked through.

Calories: 226 (for regular) ; 208 (fat free)
Total Carb: 9g for the whole recipe
