Meaty Spaghetti

Meaty Spaghetti

As per request, I had to cook a spaghetti because my son loves it so much.

For the INGREDIENTS:

10 oz spaghetti noodles, cooked according to instructions
1 lb ground turkey
1 large onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Can Hunts tomato sauce
1 Can Hunts tomato paste
1 Cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 Cup Evaporated milk
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 Cup shredded Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

In a separate container, put water in pot and cook the pasta according to the instructions. Pour in 1 tbsp of oil to avoid the pasta sticking together. Add 1 tsp salt. When cook, put in a separate dish and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat oil and add garlic, cook until brown. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add turkey and cook until it is no longer pink. Season with a little salt. Cook for 3 additional minutes.

When the turkey has turned brown, add water, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. Stir and wait until it boils. Add milk. Mix thoroughly. Add Parmesan Cheese (optional). Add salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer for 5 minutes.

When done, pour directly into the pasta noodles and mix thoroughly, making sure that everything has blended well. Top with Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
