Crock-Pot Beef Stew

Crock-Pot Beef Stew

My mom requested this recipe to be made to be consumed for the next day. I was amazed how easy this recipe is, but just takes too long to get done.

After cooking this for more than 12 hours, the meat just fell apart in your mouth. It was so tender.

This is not for the low carb watchers. If you really want to eat it, just avoid eating the potatoes and too much broth.

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb beef stew, cubed
6 Pcs medium red potatoes, washed
1 Pc carrot, sliced into 1" thick
2 Pcs tomatoes, quartered
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Pc onion, diced
 Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp oil
1/4 Cup all purpose flour

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix all purpose flour, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Dredge the meat with the mixture. Set aside.

2. Heat oil in skillet, fry the meat until golden brown. Place inside the crackpot.

3. Add the onions, garlic, tomatoes, potatoes and carrots at the top. Set to cook crock-pot cooker to low. Cook for 10-12 hours.

Serves 6.

Enjoy!
